I've rented here for several years and had great customer service during that time. The current property manager, Chelsea, was especially helpful with a recent request. I'm only giving 4 out of 5 stars because the facility could use a bit more regular maintenance, such as with the pavement.
Horrible experience with this place. Reserved online, went there to finish paperwork and doors were locked, no note. Almost 2 hours after they opened. Location was really run down, potholes everywhere, doors off of garages etc. they never even called me back. Highly recommend that you do not rent here.
Chelsea was great to work with today! We have been using this storage facility for 14 years and she came up with a new plan that will save us a ton of money! Thanks Chelsea
Do NOT use the Eagan facility - I'd rate 0 if I could. My unit was broken into, latch cut - my recently deceased mother's belongings rummaged through. The "cameras" are too far away to be able to see anything - see pic below. Multiple police reports have been made per the Eagan Police department. The unit next to mine was broken into. The owner definitely doesn't care about the Eagan location. The parking lot has numerous potholes, and the facilities appear worn down, giving the impression that maintenance is not a priority. Additionally, my experience with customer service was frustrating, as they made things difficult even though I haven't even moved anything in.
