The staff at the Desert Hot Springs location are fast, friendly and very professional. They always go out of their way to help and be accommodating. I kept my Airstream trailer there for five months without a problem. Thank you. I'll be back.
If I could give ten stars I would! The units are clean and provide lighting which is so helpful! The price was in my budget and most importantly they are down to earth people who still have common sense and human decency… which is so hard to find in the world these days it seems! I am very pleased! Kelly’s a rock star and so helpful! 😊
I took time in selecting a place. But it exceeded my expectations. The special didn't have any hidden fees, check in was quick and the man who assisted us was AMAZING. On my first return visit I forgot my gate code. Luckily someone was in the office. He was on a call but stopped everything to help me. He had to go into the office and go into the computer. All turned out great. I hate I am relocating. Will Definitely try I storage units again.
The staff at this iStorage facility are very friendly and have consistently provided us with excellent customer service, but the security situation is simply unacceptable. Our travel trailer was damaged in a recent break-in attempt, and we clearly have not been the only ones to experience issues of this nature recently. Beware of this storage facility the employees are taking part in the theft of multiple high end items my generator which was welded to the frame of my trailer was stolen it took 3 hours to grind it off my trailer no one saw anything no camera footage also the employee would not talk to the police I believe this was a inside theft by employees
