The units are clean and hours are good. I do have a concern about lack of security. Gates are not in operation and although we are supposed to enter an access code to use the elevators, they work without a code. I, as a women, am not comfortable going to a 2nd floor inside unit alone.

Rental efforts were immediate and friendly, far exceeding my expectations However my name is misspelled it is McGrath NOT McGraph I tried to correct it but I was not listened to

The unit was okay. I had to pickup dirty used vitiman bottle, calamine lotion bottle and an mineral oil bottle and throw them away.

First I must say I had a storage unit with your company in 2013 or 2014 and was very satisfied. This time I met Kristie who was very knowledgeable. I told her I was looking for a 5x5(to small) or 5x10 (to big) unit. Than she asked me if I would be interested in in a 10x5 which I never knew about. Once I saw it, I knew it would be perfect for my needs. Thank you for having a very knowledgeable employee.
