We were long time customers of iStorage in Crystal River. We had our travel trailer stored there for 12 years and never had any worries about it. The manager, Katherine is very accommodating. We had a problem with the electrical outlet our trailer was plugged into and Katherine promptly got it fixed. We will definitely use iStorage again in the future.
Love that storage! Use their climate control units and RV spots frequently! Very clean, easy access and very accommodating and friendly staff!!
I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with this location! Anything I need the staff meets me half way or it all works out! Clean units! And lots of security. I feel safe going by my unit at night. I would recommend istorage to everyone!
