Mike made signing up easy and when I had a repair to make on the door he sent someone immediately to fix it and I can't say enough about Mike's management skills it's nice to see great customer service as it is very rare these days thanks again Mike
The worst place to store your valuables. I signed up online and received the first month free. That was great! BUT---- I went to the unit and it was an old, nasty unit -- not the nice ones by the office. I can barely get the door open it is so rusted out. THEN--- today I get an email that my rent is going from $133 to $176 per month !!!! After 2 months of renting the unit????? WHAT A SCAM! My daughter uses Clayton Storage and her same size unit is $117 a month and she has had this unit for 2 years with a $5 increase.... read more
