Never rent here had my storage broken into twice and all they say is sorry I asked them if the camera works but they say that they don't know how to use them

Manager is super rude, trash everywhere , rat droppings everywhere this place it’s not clean at all Nobody at the front office to help for payment then they denied me access to my unit then finally somebody was there , manager asked me to wait until 10 am , so I have asked for access still didn’t let me in Definetely this manager doesn’t know how to manage
The most horrible experience EVER! We have paid movers two Sundays in a row only to be denied access to our unit. The first time, we were given the wrong code. Then today, we gained access to the building but cannot enter the unit. Another customer said “ you need a lock/key from the office before you can access the unit.” However, I was told by rep Breanna that any lock would work. I need answers and a reimbursement for wasting time and money.This is UNACCEPTABLE!
Bianca was extremely helpful and honest! I think she is the manager she is very knowledgeable!
