Our propery manager, Jennarae, was kind, helpful, efficient, and generous with her time and talents. We recommend her highly and believe she is deserving of a promotion.Ā
Exorbitant prices, climate control is ridiculously set (temperature range is too broad to safely store anything of value), the late fee is exorbitant (20%) and too early, they don't accept partial payments, and customer service is mediocre. I highly recommend that you do not, I repeat DO NOT rent here. The corporate greed is plainly evident and they care nothing about their customers.Ā
My band rehearsed here for five years without disrespecting the property or its inhabitants, or missing a payment once. Ideal customers, basically. We just got notice that we can longer rehearse there after April 30th, for no very good or clear reason, as decided upon by the corporation who bought this property last year.
