Elevator was broken had to use the one on the other side of the building and my unit was way on the other side a big inconvenience
It’s rat infested they destroyed all my belongings ate through everything
Your elevator was down on my move-in day it was on the third floor I have to find someplace else to put my belongings I ask for a refund never got my refund tell me my money was not in the system I went to the manager store manager was very rude to me a professional black young man hold on to my money being very unprofessional rude to a 61 year old man very aggressive but it was one young lady who was very professional in there and the Gratiot and 8 Mile I store the manager put his hands on me grab my phone look at your vide... read more
