I have been dealing with this site for about a year now and my situation keeps changing. With all of the changes and needs for extra storage space Joan and the staff at this location have been more than courteous and helpful. They have explained everything in detail that I could understand and made my changes very simple. It's a pleasure to deal with them. I highly recommend this location to anyone with storage needs.

Sent wrong gate code and was unable to get in unit when called to ask about they said it was nothing they could do and no one was at my location due to staffing issues but they made sure they took the money out of my account

My storage unit was filthy when I moved in and I’m STILL waiting for the light outside my unit to be fixed. I have to bring a g-d flashlight just to see inside. I really think I should be getting a discounted rate for this nonsense. Maybe I made a big mistake leaving my other storage facility.
