Karen DeLuca is one of the best managers I've ever had the privilege of knowing she has integrity very professional compassionate she knows her job and she knows her job and does her job well every company should have a manager like her she's very understanding very helpful and she will go out of her way to make her tenants feel like they're at home

The staff at this storage place is very friendly and knowledgeable. The property manager, Kerri gave me a lot of great advice on how to pack and stack my items to make the most of the space that I rented. She was very honest about the size space I needed and I appreciate her honesty because I never used storage before. This place is clean and safe and I will recommend istorage to others.

I'm writing this review primarily for Kerrin, the on site manager. She is wonderful and understanding. She is also funny and I would often stop in to chat with her when I came in and out to pick up and drop off things. I once spent almost an hour just laughing with her. The place was exactly as advertized, well lit, well kept up, but for some reason, other tenants kept stealing the dollies, which was problematic at times. They charged us for an extra month after we moved out, despite promising not to. I have called customer support 4 times and every time they say the issue will Be escalated and resolved within 72 hours. But it never is. And they never call back. I don't blame Karen in shrewsbury, I blame the storage customer support and upper management.

We had two units there for over two years. Almost impossible to contact management. The central and local management is absolutely the worst. When a credit card lapsed they failed to contact us and this led to almost losing all our stuff and having it be auctioned off. Staff were almost impossible to reach by phone. Staff rarely on site around ten am which led to numerous logistical challenges for us. They will put their lock on the unit so you can't access your stuff. Avoid this place at all costs.

I would give zero if I could. Most of my furniture that was wooden covered in mold. Rat feces inside several boxes and a leak in roof. Still have not gotten any answers on their situation. Insurance does not cover animal feces. Be sure to read insurance u pay for it covers nothing....

Stay away! This facility has a rodent problem!! The customer service is horrible. They DON'T care if your unit has rodents. I was told to buy my own decon and put it my unit, and kerri the manager told me she would put moth balls outside my door to keep new rodents out. TWO weeks went by and still NO moth balls. She also informed me another unit was complaining so she would send in an exterminator. A week aftwr the exterminator we still has a rodent problem. And they couldn't care less.
