RENTERS BEWARE!!!!!!! This is the absolute WORST place to store your precious items. Last year 2024, I already had items at the facility (iStorage Bayport) which I pay over $350 per month. When I entered to get something out last summer, I realized the air conditioning unit was NOT WORKING, which they advertise and I'm paying for "Climate Controlled Units". The management claimed that the unit recently broke (2 Weeks at that point) and they were waiting on parts. Judging by the smell of the place and the moisture on the flo... read more
Stay away from this storage place. Horrible.. was late on a payment , made the payment went to my unit 2 weeks later and there was an extra lock on it. HUGE inconvenience since it was a Sunday no one was in the office. I really needed an item out of my unit and now I'm pretty much out of luck!!! Maybe they should keep up with what they do there, quick to lock it up ... obviously they don't care to keep up with taking locks off!! Terrible management!!!
