I recently rented a unit in Decatur, Al. The process was fairly quick and easy. The office staff was great, friendly and answer all of my questions. Once done with this rental will rent from there again if needed.
This was my first time using iStorage and the lady was very nice. She answered all my questions and all I had to do was go down there and fill out the application. The experience was great, but it took really long because the lady working there kept telling me about her past experience with her ex-husband and it took longer than I thought. Besides that, everything was great. She gave me exactly what I needed in terms of which storage building. She took me there and let me pick what size storage I needed.
iStorage Priceville offers a very clean and well-managed operation. They are the least expensive facility in this area. The unit we got was in very good condition, and it had climate control, too. Everything works, and the people we've dealt with are very kind. The only issue I had even a slightest bit of a concern was when it came time to actually use the touch pad.
