Julie was wonderful in helping us set up our accommodations. She walked me through all of the forms online and processed our reservation over the phone so that our unit was waiting for us when we arrived 🙂 The unit is clean and secure and we moved in with no problem. The whole transaction was great and Julie was super helpful.

DO NOT use this facility! I was assigned a unit, drove from Philadelphia with a full Uhaul and found a lock on my unit with no way to unload. The “property manager” came outside to yell at us to move uhaul or he would throw us off the property while I was on the phone with istorage support. The property manager appeared to be on drugs! So they took my money, Supervisor Vincent was even more rude, and the full uhaul sits and waits for another facility to open this morning. Had my stuff in there and have been paying for it for years. Went in only to find that at some point there was water damage. Not only that but found that mice have gotten into my unit also. Even went by there a month ago and the gate which you use your code for was broken and still is and is wide open. There is no way with a broken gate the units are secure. I lost over half of my stuff due to the water damage, which also caused mold. Plus all this time I have been paying for a unit that wasn't doing what it was meant to ... read more

I needed to empty my work van immediately because I found a buyer and drove to the nearest storage facility to rent a unit, only to find a sign saying it was closed. I was so disappointed. I took another look at the sign and it gave a phone number to call for assistance. Reluctantly, I called the number and was able to talk to someone right away.
