I am a new customer at istorage, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the property manager and the clean units offered! The mgr. was so helpful and so pleasant I knew I made the right choice when looking at the local storage options! The contract signing was made simple and the whole experience has been professional in all regards! I would definitely recommend!!😊
I can't say enough good things about my experience with iStorage this far. We needed a place to store our RV that wasn't our driveway. I called a couple of local places and iStorage had the best price. Setting up the rental agreement couldn't have been simpler - a couple of quick signatures and provided some information/documents and I was done! Tana, the assistant property manager, was beyond helpful and accommodating! I hope the rest of our time with iStorage is as flawless and goes as smoothly as our initial experience!
We used the iStorage facility in Mullica Hill for a little over a year and never had an issue. The onboarding & move in process were extremely easy. You're provided a code and can self serve access your unit whenever needed with no help. The units themselves were extremely clean and the entire property is well maintained. If you're looking for a storage unit this is a trustworthy location.
Tana assisted me and my husband with our very first storage unit rental. She was extremely personable and very patient with us. Tana happily took the time to explain the rental process and show us available units. She is exceptionally knowledgeable in the storage unit field and we are the wiser as a result. She is an invaluable assest to the company and we highly recommend doing business with this company and Tana.
I’ve been using my storage units since the beginning. I went through a lot of different owners, but Molly, the girl who is there now does an excellent job keeps property in good shape. Takes care of her clients. Is always courteous always helpful. Makes it a pleasure renting units there.
