Responsive, no delay, helpful, friendly, accurate and useful
Great customer service!
First off, the spaces are way overpriced! Second, they do not tell you the correct code. Third, my storage unit was filthy when I arrived with my very first load. I had to kick the nasty debris out with me feet the best I could. That was four days ago and the debris is STILL laying out in front of my storage unit.
IStorage requested review: . 05-10-22 11:40 A. M. Storage lock/closing mechanism will not allow lock to be properly installed. Unit smells awful with black/brown gunk on the floor. It’s such a shake down paying a $26 dollar application fee. Once I leave, i will not return. I will share this on all social media, bypassing your app that forces you to log on with what you direct. 05-10-22 11:40 A. M.
Insulation issue in the outdoor units. Debris everywhere. Don’t use them. No resolution other than to throw a tarp over my things offered.
