Great place and customer service. Lady working was the friendliest and VERY helpful! It was refreshing to have someone so pleasant and to answer every question without hesitation, clearly and patience. iStorage is very clean and easy to access the unites. A+++++++++
Great place and they are very convenient. There is nothing better than walking into such a friendly gentleman named Reggie Brown who is very funny and such a down to earth guy. He makes any interaction with any type of person you would meet short, sweet but incredible. Very funny guy who we have enjoyed in the short sightings we get to see him
After a rocky start due to their new computer program and some miscommunication, I got the small U-Haul truck and my storage unit. The truck and storage unit were both clean. I went with a climate controlled unit, and at this time of year was a wise choice. The grounds are secure with cameras and a coded security gate to get in and out. You can also store vehicles, trailers, boats, and motor homes on their lot. They have U-Haul trucks for rent, but no pull trailers.
