I have used this storage location for two years and the staff is incredibly kind, attentive, understanding, and professional. I had no worries or concerns that my property wasn’t secure and in tact. The facility is so well organized and clean. I appreciated all the staff did to help the closing of my unit be a breeze. Please rent here, you won’t regret it!
I have had a storage space here for a year which has helped with three daughters moving in and out of dorms and apartments. Had one get married and one move off to middle Tennessee so no longer needed a 10x20. Joe and Carlton recognize this and recommended moving to a smaller space which saved big time $$$$. Some of the items were pretty big and Joe / Carlton helped with advice and support of the movement of these items. I was totally surprised. Did not expect this. Joe is really nice!! Very thorough, explained everything in detail and made sure I was all set up. He even brought me a cart when I was struggling with a bunch of heavy boxes. Awesome!

Joe & Carlton were so friendly! I was very stressed out from a rough cross country move, and when I finally arrived and was moving in my storage I couldn't find my lock and keys! They helped me so much, I don't know what I would have done without them 😧 Really appreciate 🙏
