Lauren the property manager, who by the way is stunningly beautiful helped me with all my questions and was super helpful. Not to mention the prices are great. She deserves a raise because her smile and lovely disposition is like a ray of sunshine.
I moved to this storage unit after their competitor tried to double their rates, I thought the price may have been a sign of poor service but I was wrong! I have had nothing but the most pleasant conversations with both the property manager and the other manager here, they have helped me with every single problem I have had and have been as professional as they come. I am having a positive, great experience at i-Storage Cliffwood NJ. The office is clean and orderly. There is a variety of materials available to purchase to assist with storage needs. Lauren, the property manager, is pleasant and extremely efficient at managing the storage facility. She is always helpful and patient. I highly recommend this business.
Top notch customer service. I had a small issue and Lauren, the property manager was AWESOME. She took care of me making me feel like I was at a 5-Star resort
