Our experience went smoothly, we had a similar room for over two years prior so our information was in the computer. The person there was quick and efficient, he took us to our storage room and showed us where to park. We used to rent for three months at a time, but I Storage only rents monthly, I didn't understand that type of thinking. Good, clean, climate controlled storage, would highly recommend. Ronald A.
