Online rental experience was pretty easy...except for the part of me not being able to figure out how NOT to take out the insurance! I could not figure out how to get through to the end unless I agreed to take the insurance. I don't need their insurance since I have my own. I went to the office and they are supposed to give me a credit on my next bill.

I went in in person. The property manager was very professional courteous and very interested in my needs. I would definitely refer this location to a friend or family. My mother also had a storage unit there a few year’s ago. Great location.

The all over experience was fantastic. The room was spacious and freshly painted and sealed prior to our use. It is very convenient location and easy access.

Your staff(I dealt with Stephanie) was was professional ,knowledgeable, courteous , flexible, and answered all my questions and directed me to resolve any issues during this process. She was very much a hands-on person. Give her a raise!!!!
