Simple, efficient, and well explained process by John. Within 20 minutes of arrival, we had a unit. The facility is great. Secure, clean, quiet environment.

The customer service is impeccable. I had to get a larger unit than I had there at the time. The process was made an easy,enjoyable one by the lady in the office. (I don't remember her name.)..Customer service makes or breaks a business. In this case, it's their success, along with clean grounds,easy access to your unit,and no worries of break-ins. I highly suggest this storage facility.
