AVOID!! Gosh I wish I listened to the signs and didn’t get a unit with these people. Where to start. How about the initial unit I was promised wasn’t even cleaned out? Even worse, I found rat droppings in that unit. They quickly corrected that as to not lose my money by moving me to a unit that was clean. All was good. The manager said I didn’t need insurance immediately. She gave me a week to find my own. I wasn’t able to secure one so I decided to go thru their insurance of 12$/month. I’ve had an excellent experience with iStorage N fry road. Miss Victoria, the property manager, and Mr. Charles have both been incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming throughout the entire process. The team is always friendly and ready to assist. The facility itself is spotless, secure, and very well-maintained. I especially appreciate the 24/7 access and climate-controlled units—they gave me peace of mind that my belongings were in good hands. My experience at iStorage was great. Joe was nice & very helpful. He catered to what I needed & was looking for. Mgr Naomi was nice as well. I would recommend to anyone if you need storage space, I rate them 5 star.
