I had a great experience from the time. I talked to a representative on the phone and set me up with a unit to my visit to the facility in Leonardtown. I was greeted I was taking care of efficiently. The facility was immaculate, and I visited three times since and each time the experience has been great.
I have had a storage unit at this location for almost a year now and have had excellent customer service with Glenn. I had a minor issue with my initial unit but as soon as it was brought to Glenn’s attention, he immediately found a solution and I have had no issues. Thank you for being so helpful!
Just needed a short-term storage solution while we moved into our new house. This was perfect. Staff is super friendly and helpful.
I've been a customer with Istorage for a couple years now. I just received another notice of a rate increase and I'm already paying more than the advertised rate for that unit. I don't recommend long term storage with Istorage or any business associated with NSA brands.
facilities are always clean and the manager is awesome!! I could rent anywhere but Glenn makes it an easy and smooth process.
