Raymond was extremely informative. In no time, I was able to rent a storage room and the whole process was easy and quick. Raymond made sure to check the storage room for cleanliness and informed me that if any questions would arise to let him know. He was very helpful and kind.
I been with Istorage since 12/2020. I was not happy with the previous manager, she was never available and was very rude until Raymond came alone, the new manager at the located at 24620 Franz Road, Katy TX. Raymond has an incredible customer service skills. He really cares to help one. When I call him I leave a message he returns my call within 30 to 45 min or less. That never happened before.. It make a world of difference. Because him I decided to stay until I no longer need to storage my items.
Great customer service. I had a great experience with the property manager. He was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions.
My experience at iStorage was less than ideal. The facility was not up to par in terms of cleanliness, and there was a pronounced, unpleasant musky smell. The staff member I encountered did not project a welcoming vibe. Based on these factors, I felt it was best to take my business elsewhere, and I’m glad I made that decision.
Here at the physical location ready to move in and can’t . There is no unit available. This lease was signed 2 days ago . Someone was at the physical location but would not assist.Been chatting with someone they told me they can’t send anybody to take the lock off I was suppose to move in yesterday but it doesn’t matter. Very unprofessional and ghetto do not recommend . I needed a 12x11 wanted me to go to a 10x30 I am trying to store a 5bedroom home…so ridiculous I could just cry!
