If it was possible to leave zero stars, I would. Do NOT leave your stuff with these people..the manager is never present to do his job. Every time we try to pay for our unit, he’s always out during work hours. My father and I got a lot to park our camper August 2023, got a call this morning that our camper was stolen DAYS ago. So, as anyone would, we went in to figure out what happened but the manager was absolutely no help and disrespectful.
I first rented my unit back in October 2012 when I moved back to Wichita from California. I needed a space where a semi could pull into and deliver my possessions -- the only place in town that I could find with the wide driving spaces available was the location on 4530 S Broadway. In all the times I've contacted with anyone at the storage unit, even back when it was Metro Storage, the management has been nice and helpful. I was experiencing a problem with the insurance on the unit. I showed where I had been more than covered thoroughly through my home owners policy. Jennifer handled the matter with ease and knowledge of what I wanted. I was getting disappointed with the matter but, she single handedly regained my choice for using iStorage. I appreciate her willingness to handle my matter and expectations promptly. Thank you Jennifer.
Working with Sam and his team at iStorage was a tremendous experience!! This is one of the cleanest and well kept storage facilities in Wichita! Customer service is second to none!
This place is terrible I have had a locker and had my camper parked there since august of 2023. Today is February 7th 2024 and was informed that someone came in and stole my camper 3 days ago and they are just now getting around to calling me. I go there to make a police report and the guy the mngr lives in site and his name is Sam has been horrible to deal with he is a liar and makes things up and is not good at his job.
