I have been a customer of I-Storage for over 18 months, and I want to give a shout out to Nina, on-site manager, at I-Storage 8280. Throughout this entire time, Nina has been professional, personable and truly invaluable in having a positive & seamless experience in securing storage units near the airport. We have other units throughout East Tennessee, but Nina’s facility has been remarkably accommodating for myself and other company representatives. Thank you Nina for being you, TERRIFIC!
So far so good! Haven't been attacked by an army of skeletons. Nina at sign up is delightful. My unit is in order and doesn't appear to be subject to future issues like I've heard some folks have had elsewhere.
Explant clean facility. Kaye takes care of everything there. Have rented a storage unit there for well over a year no complaints everything has been great.
Nina who works at this place is great. She has been there forever and treats her customers great. That is why you should rent a unit from her.
I had to call the Alcoa istorage. Nina was so much help and I rented a unit from her so easily. I will tell all of my friends to go there!
