Process is very painless & the fact that i was able to get exactly what i was looking for without speaking to anyone, made my experience simple, quick & wonderful.
At first I had an issue regarding supplies not being delivered to location. I was able to get what I needed with in two days.
There hasn’t been any staff there since I signed up online, had to drive to another storage facility just to purchase a lock and it took me 5 days to move since there weren’t any carts! Also, it need to be cleaned! I wish I never signed up online and went elsewhere!
