We love i storage on dry gap pike. It is always clean and well maintained. Mike is amazing,always willing to address any problems that may arise and you are always greeted with a smile and "how are you doing today?" He is always willing to help in anyway he can!!
I am so glad I chose iStorage at Dry Gap Pike for my long term storage needs. Not only is it new, neat and clean but I also feel secure when visiting my storage unit. There are always plenty of flat bed carts and dollys available for use but the best part is the Manager, Mike. He is so kind, professional and helpful. Keep up the great work!
I have had my items stored at the iStorage Dry Gap location for over a year and the service has been amazing. The facility is always clean and well kept. Access to the facility is simple, elevators always work, and there are enough carts / dollies on hand that I've never had to wait for others to finish using them in order to get my own.The temperature is kept at a nice level so even my candles survived the lengthy time in storage. Mike was nothing short of phenomenal from day one. He was always friendly, returned my calls, and was proactive in helping me. I had double booked online when I signed up for a unit and he made it so easy to get my refund for the double payment. He’s always in a good mood. I would do business again here in a heartbeat. Also, I don’t leave reviews as most of the time service just isn’t worth it, but this time it is! Facility is so clean and safe, too.
When I needed help finding a storage unit I called the istorage off of dry gap & Mike the manager in the office is really sweet & nice to me & he evens helps me load & unload my stuff off of my truck. He’s always there ready to help with whatever that is going on. If you think about getting a storage unit somewhere I would highly definitely recommend getting one there!! 10/10 customer service!!
