I had the pleasure of working with Valerie today at the Hwy 6 location # 8117 whilst inquiring about a small storage unit. She was extremely helpful, Very nice, informative, patient, and went above and beyond for me. She got me A unit, answered all my questions, and got the paperwork done very quickly. She is a great employee, But most of all, just a great human. Thank you Valerie! And hopefully I’ll be seeing you again, but on the other side of the desk next time!

My unit was broken into last week. Nobody called to tell me anything. When I noticed it & told management. They was very nonchalant . I lost my safe with money s& jewelry

Place is well maintained and clean. I appreciate the wide travel/access lanes. It makes getting a trailer in and out very easy. Valerie was very pleasant and helpful with selecting a unit and walking me through the paperwork.
