This is my second time back to Hide Away Storage on 17th Street in Sarasota. We needed something quick and for a short time. The staff was very accommodating, courteous, friendly and responsive to calls regarding questions. The facility is super clean and easy to use. I would highly recommend them! Thanks Hide Away!

I had my unit for approximately one year and never had a problem. The people that run this location were always friendly and helpful. I would usually pay 3-4 months at a time. The only down side to that is that when I vacated my unit I was told it would be pro-rated. To me I thought I would get money back as I still had a month that I had prepaid. They DO NOT refund any money you prepay, so they made an extra month off me. If you pay in advance BEWARE cause they keep it. That does not seem fair nor a way to get repeat busine... read more

I love my time at Hide-Away Storage Kim was very easy to work with and the security cameras and the overall cleanliness was awesome this is not your average storage place very highly recommended
