Friendly staff, affordable units, great central location, open parking lot, personalized code to enter building. Carts available. It’s basic- plywood doors and partitions, not metal, and cage tops, but very clean with ac and perfect for my needs!
Evon is fantastic! The property manager went above and beyond, answering all my questions with patience and ensuring a smooth process. The facility is consistently clean, secure, and well-maintained, but Evon’s exceptional service truly makes this place stand out. What impressed me most was her willingness to go the extra mile. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of storage. The outstanding service from the property manager makes all the difference!
The front desk was excellent, she went above and beyond to help me. The covered spot for a 30' boat is perfect, ample cover with electrical hookup. Booking online was very easy. Overall would recommend using this facility.
Istorage purchased Hide-Away storage and the customer service is beyond unacceptable for a business. They refuse to handle any customer service issues and locked out our from all of our rented units (customer since 2010) because of their error. Save yourself the hassle and find another storage facility for your business.
I provided them my own insurance but they still charged me and refused to give me a refund. Ridiculous! Nobody requested it from me upfront. In different storage I rented a unit before, they gave me one full month to provide them with the insurance and provided one free month of their insurance. Also expect them to increase the rent amount in a couple of months.
