The storage facility is safe and secure, no incident of burglary. If you rent upper level floors there are elevators for easy access. The building is clean There’s a promo going on so ll got first month rent free. That’s awesome
I storage Ferndale is Awesome, especially the professional and integral services provided by Mr. David. In terms of the electronic signatures… not bad , just cumbersome as related to a few fields. Otherwise. All is well.

This is the second time I've leased a unit here. The first time lasted about 6 years. I recently needed another unit and thought about EZstorage on Woodward, nearer to my house. But I had such a good experience at this istorage facility, I decided to stick with the tried and true. The facility is immaculate, accessible, and the manager - David Mays - goes out of his way to assist whenever needed. And I recently met his assistant Tanlita, who is equally as courteous and helpful.
They were very friendly and helpful from the very start. They were calling me before I was completed with applying online. Every question I had was answered right away and even went beyond the question to fill in details. Every day that I've been over to my space, they have been there to always smile, wave or say hi. They become part of the neighborhood. mg me
