I had a great experience getting a storage unit. Ann Abrahamson was so very helpful from when I called on the phone and getting set up and saved in the system to when I came in to the office and registered for a storage unit. She had everything set up and ready to go. She was very informative and respectful and kind. She answered all my questions and gave me extra information regarding the unit. Very easy to reserve units online. I messed up & accidentally reserved 2 units but went i to office and Anna took care of everything right away and was very friendly. The property is clean and warm!

I'm a business owner and frequently need to rent units all over the US for short periods or longer. I had the best experience renting over the phone with Sonia. She was smart, helpful, and efficient. Not to mention, she spoke as if she had a smile on her face the entire time. How customer service SHOULD sound!
