11 Yrs ago my wife Jaclyn and I went to a Mark Patrick stop smoking seminar both haven't smoked since. Last week we both went to a eat healthy seminar and the next day changed how much & what we eat. Free Buffet?

Well I think that the seminar is about 50% a scam to sell vitamins and the other half was the kick in the pants to stop smoking that I needed, i smoked 2 packs a day for 17 years but I haven't smoked one cigarette since the seminar
It was motivational but a little to crowded to really relax
Very informative. You should have stretched out options for payments for supplements.
