Doctor Itani is the most welcoming and professional dentist I’ve had. He makes feel welcome every time. He is knowledgeable but patient to explain my issues and potential plans to me. Kit is extremely careful and patient every time he cleans my teeth. And Greg at the front desk is great! He remembers who I am like he knows me personally for years. They’ve got a very strong team there, which made my overall experience very pleasant!
Dr.Itani & his assistant were most sensitive to my gagging during the placement of a temporary crown; instantly revising the procedure. Then Dr. Rice & “M.C.” combined kindness with efficiency as they installed the new crown two weeks later; always checking in with the patient (me) as to how I was doing, when to breathe through the nose, etc. I deeply appreciate both the efficiency and the kindness shown in each case. And greeter “Greg” is very welcoming; the pleasant waiting room also, has plenty of natural light.
Itani Dental has changed my perception of dentists and dentist visits altogether. The level of care and attention that everyone on the team commits to is evident, and I feel ease & comfort in the office rather than fear & anxiety. I’d recommend Itani to any friend or family member looking for a dentist!
Dr. Itani’s office and staff are a very warm group of people that made me feel very comfortable. They were very gentle on my teeth and they gave me great feed back on how I can improve my oral hygiene with braces on, by sharing feedback about my teeth that I wasn’t aware of before.
DR. Smith and asst. were on time and came on an emergency basis. I had a Pain free tooth extraction and cleaning. Thank you to your team. I never thought you could have A DDS at your bed side:)
