Jimmy called exactly when he was supposed to and the call took only about 5 minutes. I received a follow up call from Jimmy later in the day to inform me that a wire transfer was needed instead of the direct deposit we had set up. He wanted to make sure this was ok with me. Wanted to change the email address on… Wanted to change the email address on my account. Only on-line option I found was to open a support ticket, which I did. I got an automated email back with a link to schedule a verification call, which I did. At the scheduled time I waited at the phone for 30 mins. No call. I then called the support number and waited.
