5 stars! New to iTrust but so far it's been a phenomenal experience. Very intuitive and easy to use. And very responsive to my questions. In summary, 5/5 stars with no hesitation.
Creation of IRA; communication Application for and creation of my IRA was relatively simple, website is mostly friendly to navigate. When I had a question and used the communication portal to ask it, I never got a response. Balancing the positives of easy creation and relatively easy use, with unresponsiveness to a simple question, I get a score of 2.5 out of 5 which I've rounded to 3.
Great customer service The customer service I received from Trent was great. I had a very difficult time rolling over funds from my old account, but he was very responsive whenever I sent him emails and made sure to call me back to have an actual conversation. He eventually helped me figure out how to finish my transfer and was very patient and personable throughout the whole ordeal. So far so good using ITrustCapital.

Great Customer Service In my efforts to establish an IRA account with iTrust Capital, I ran in to head winds with my previous IRA account custodian. iTrust Capital made it convenient to schedule a call for the following day. Customer Service Representative Israel De Leon sent an email to me quickly verifying the call date and time and provided helpful educational links to review prior to the call.
