My account manager Jared Feldman has went above and beyond for me in several situations where it didn’t require him to be extra, and spent all hours of the evening working out kinks to the problems i incurred during my Ira to Ira transfer process. It was brutal and what he did saved my ass in several situations. Customer service is top notch here and it also helps that he’s super quick to respond to my emails. 5 stars all day

It has been a good experience overall It has been a good experience overall, however initially I struggled getting everything set up, as I was told to transfer my 401k on my own, I wish they took care of the paperwork with the previous company.
I love your service for the most part… I love your service for the most part and the dashboard. It is a bit disconcerting, though, not being able to call a number and not being able to talk to a live person. Instead, you make a person set up an appointment 2 or 3 days later and talk with them then. I'm sure this can be chalked up to Covid and the attempt to keep costs down. Thanks, Kevin
