The lack of knowledge was a pain in the b*** as far as the process goes on a loan. Alone that should have taken 30 to 45 days, took almost 3 months. I feel like the loan processor didn't understand how do you finance people who are self-employed. Also, she seemed to lack understanding on the type of FHA loan we were working on. The underwriter was able to help with some things on getting clarification, but it was still a pretty rough process for something that could and can be simple. Ivette strung us along for over two months with promises after promises. constantly asking for different tax forms, statements, this that and the other. Everything was a rush. She would ask for a document by texting, calling and emailing at the same time right in the middle of the day. Worst of all, she promised the loan would go through and then never contacted us again.
