So yesterday was my baby’s last day at Ivy Kids Early Learning Center! I picked him up from daycare like a normal day to see that his face looked like this and the worst part is NO ONE knows how it happen! They tired to convince me that my TWO year old told them “he feel off his bike at home” FIRST of all he doesn’t have a bike at home nor does he have one at his grandma house! Chose to remove my son from this school because they value money over my child's safety. Please trust the negative reviews on here and on yelp because I decided to ignore it and went through and had a hell of a ride. The school has confirmed that their teachers are not trained enough to handle kids with different behaviors and the director has confirmed that they cannot provide my child with a safe environment. I removed my son two years ago and never looked back. We were in the infant class which was a revolving door for teachers! In the four months we were there we had 6+ teachers, one left at lunch and never came back! I often had to leave my infant son with the front desk receptionist because the class was out of state ratio in the morning with only one teacher. Discussed it frequently with the Director and that was a waste.
We are no longer with Ivy Kids, because my son starting having some behavior issues that he is getting help with, and they did not want to have to deal with. The director does not have the patient to deal with children that are not top notch, she wants a school where there is not any issues, and as soon as there are, you are gone. We had been at Ivy Kids since they opened, and this is the way we get treated. Will not be giving good reviews to this school any longer.
