Where do I start on Ivy Kids? How about all their licensing violations in the past year alone. This school is NOT SAFE for your child. They are on a probation plan with the state licensing board. If you want to find your child in the gas station parking lot, or locked in a bathroom because they did not take a nap then this is the perfect school for you. This center has been on a steep decline for the last two years, and can’t keep children enrolled or employees.
My baby had a wonderful time while he was in the Infant A classroom. His teachers were loving to him and he adored them. This was not the case when he moved to the next classroom. One of the teachers was wonderful, the other one though, was touching her feet and touching her toes while playing on the floor with the kiddos, including my son, without even washing her hands. I chose this daycare initially because it was close to my house, but I am choosing now leave do to a recent situation. I am 11 weeks pregnant and was sent to the ER for the whole morning and was told that had a threatened miscarriage and I needed to go see my OB. I dropped my child off at the center explained to the OWNER that I was on bedrest at least for the next few days and I have to go my doctors appointment and I’ll pick him right up. She says okay.
