Horrible experience for my 2 year old daughter on her 1st day at this location. No one gave her that comfort that a 2 year old needs when they get separated from their parents. They expected her to know everything without any introduction or assistance on the 1st day. Zero help and she was dehydrated when I picked her up. I called multiple times to inform them to place her water bottle where she can see it. They never did. She was scared and no one cared to comfort her. She just turned 2 a month ago.
