I can only speak for the summer camp program here. We were referred by our neighbor who has been sending their child here every summer for the past few years and are happy with the program. Our son started summer after third grade. This is his second summer attending, and he really enjoys it. Weekly prices are expensive for what it is, but they do include a lot of fun activities and field trips. They go on a field trip 1-2 times a week, and he always has a great time. We transferred to this location from another Ivy Kids and have been very happy. My son likes it a lot and has a good time each day. He eats well and tries new food. He talks a lot about his friends and his teachers. He also brings home lots of cool work! We recommend this place - very clean and very professional.
My son has been going to Ivy Kids for almost 5 years now!! He started in the infant room at 3 months and now he is in the Pre-K class. I've loved every teacher and class he has been in. The teachers listen to you and work with you to provide the best for your child. Recently I was having trouble potty training my son. My daughter had Mrs. Riffat for her teacher in PK3 and she is now reading on a 2nd grade level in kindergarten.

My daughter started here as a 3 month old and is now 15 mos old. She adored her teachers in the infant room and it's obvious they adored her right back! They were great about following her schedule and meeting her needs. I love that I can look in on her throughout the day via the cameras. The only reason I give them 4 stars and 5 is because they seem to be short handed a lot. There has been turnover with admin/management but it doesn't seem to affect things negatively.

A place we used to love & adore, is a place we'll never go back to. We signed a contract for my school aged child to attend twice per week during the summer, the contract stated $75/week which was ok. When I called to see why I was getting charged $150/week instead of the $75 per the contract, the director acknowledged the error and basically said owell, would you like to withdraw your child? I would be very cautious sending your child here. I am a first time mom. Ms. Naureen the director called me a helicopter mom. They have some good practices here, however the bad issues here overshadow their good. They use their secondary teachers to aid in other classes and will be out of ratio, this was observed in their infant class multiple times. I signed up in April for October 1st start for my infant. Apparently they failed to put my baby in the system and when I called today (August 24) just to check details and any other paperwork needed, etc. they took awhile to locate the file and told me that earliest they can start him will be November 9. What if I showed up on October 1 like I planned? Were they going to tell me then? Then they offered to look for other location that can accommodate him until November. My son attended this school for about 10 months. It got progressively worse as the months passed. He started in Ms. Ana's class and loved it. He loved Ms. Ana and the way she interacted with the kids. When he moved to Ms. Jackie's class, I started having problems with the director, Ms. Kathy.
