SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERNS On June 20, 2025, my husband picked up our 3-year-old son very upset. He came home with a huge gash to the head at the temporal lobe and a black eye from this facility. I cried, like what happened?? NO incident report was filed and I was not notified nor my husband. I know this will probably go nowhere but I feel compelled to post. I have a toddler that I enrolled here because of the promises made regarding individualism and caring. My 22 month old grandson is very active as most toddlers are and I was guaranteed by this facility that they were trained to care for all kids. After enrolling, I start viewing the cameras and I see chaos. I see teachers standing in the middle of the room and the kids running out the door behind them. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO THIS SCHOOL: My child went to this school for over a year. Initially everything was very good. He was learning a lot, enjoyed his classmates and teachers. Overtime I started seeing that he had a new teacher almost every other month which was a head scratcher but nothing too alarming. One day he came home with a bruise on his back. Sadly at this time I can't recommend them. The care my daughter receives is good, however staff reports things about payments and deposits that is incorrect and then management won't stand behind their mistake. 2 times in less than a year they have said something funds would be going towards things, which never happened. They changed their tune and a deposit that applies to the first 2 weeks turned into a "placeholder" fee. It's a shame, otherwise I like the facility and staff but when you can't trust staff at their word... read more
they are not well stuff and they keep teacher out of ratio and bad communication . and the worst Management team only 2 and up can play in water on water day the teacher can't wear a smart watch to tell time and they have more subs then teacher and the teacher will two or more class with in the mornings and it hard when you have bad one everyone copy them i give them a fat 0
