We purchased a water softener and reverse osmosis drinking water system about a year ago. It has proved to be a very good system. It was installed properly and the benefits were clearly explained by Jason. It is efficient on water and salt use. We have only had to fill the salt container once. The filters in the drinking system lasted 11 months with two people using the systems. It is a pleasure bathing with the soft water and it has helped with an itchy skin condition.
My wife and I had been talking about getting a water softener for years. I had one growing up and knew what a difference it can make for your hair and skin. We had looked at others, but then we found out about the Kinetico system (both from a family recommendation and at Home Depot). After having the system for over 2 months, I love my reverse osmosis and water softener systems! I started out just wanting to get my water tested, but when Keziah came and did the tests, I knew I couldn't settle for hard water anymore. . My coffee tastes so much better in the morning and every day I take 2 liters of water to work. I’ve become a water snob. We purchased the RO system when I was pregnant with our first over six years ago. One of the smartest purchases we have ever made for our now family of five. Health is a priority in our home, so getting clean water, free of fluoride & chlorine was of utmost importance. Our salesman, Jason Davis, is very knowledgable & answered all of our questions. Always the *best* service, it doesn't matter which technician comes out or the reason for the call. Travis was here today for winter check of our furnace. He was extremely polite and professional. Really appreciate the great details he noted on the service order as to what all he did & checked. So nice to know we can always count on the JF Denney Crew!

Jason and Jared out of the Kc location did an amazing job on our installation under our basement steps and out of the way. System looks great and we couldn't be happier. No more wash machine squeaking plus the dishes shine when washed. Even after that my favorite is the reverse osmosis, tastes amazing. This was definitely worth the investment.
