I have been a patient of Dr. Pettigrew for the last 4-years. I sincerely value the personal attention he and his staff provide me each visit. Lee Pettigrew and his team are the best dental team I have ever been to. They are very encouraging, very caring and very kind. My favorite dentist team I have ever met.
Wife called to make sure they accepted our insurance before making an appointment. They confirmed they did. Insurance was billed $525 for cleaning, x-rays, and exam, which concluded she needed $10,000 in dental work. Informed after insurance filing that we are responsible for $416 as though they accept United Healthcare, they are not in network. They did not tell us this prior to doing the work, as annual checkup and x-rays normally included on our plan. Told them not to charge our credit card until we spoke with the insuran... read more
Dr Pettigrew and his entire staff are top notch! From the second you walk in until you leave you are treated as if you are family and the skill and care of the actual work is the best I have experienced. There is no doubt that this is the best Dental practice around, do yourself a favor and give them a call.
Doubtful you’ll find a more caring and knowledgeable dental team in DFW. There are plenty of dentists closer to us but Dr. Pettigrew is worth the extra drive time.
