JNJ Painting went above and beyond in doing a first rate job with our stucco Tudor Style Home in the Green Ridge section of Scranton. We asked for estimates from several local painting companies and most never even came back after looking at the scope of the job. JNJ did several jobs including painting our house and replacing two windows. They do great work and are reliable, they show up when they tell you they wii, they are eat and careful and clean up afterwards. I highly recommend them.

At 1st I used to sell ads to J N J Painting & More for small & large advertising for the Luzerne & Lackawanna County area, and although I cannot say I have personally used them, I see the amazing work they do since I follow them on FB, and it's definitely high quality work. I recently had JNJ Painting do some carpentry work on my deck. They with me for an initial estimate, in which they gave me great detail and options to the extent of the project at a fair price. They went to work that following day and it was completed quickly and efficiently. I'm extremely happy with the quality of work they provided. They even followed up a couple days after to make sure I was satisfied. I would definitely use them again for my projects.

Did work for me on one of my flips, great work, professionally completed, on time, with no issues. They spent one day to clean it properly. The next day painted entire exterior of home with a full crew in one day. Did such a great job, I had them paint my primary residence also. After the job was finished, they cleaned up everything. Top shelf work. I highly recommend giving them a call.

These guys were great to deal with. Place looks fabulous and they were prompt and neat. Only thing was the amount of paint estimate. In spite of that (I'll find s use) the level of concern and follow through were great. Job got done as scheduled, a refreshing change to most contractors. Highly recommend

They came just before COVID let up a little. Panted so-so. A few missed spots I mentioned the CHIBOS but the complaint fell on deaf ears. The tile work in our bathroom was horrible- I fire them the spot. They beg to let them fix it right! HA! No chance to let them ruin my home. If they would have done the job right I would have given them more work and even recommended them. But for this crew! NO WAY JOSE!

I remember we went out of our way and at the time of Covid 1st hitting we risked ourselves to help you people get settled in because we felt bad you guys were in boxes from your failed move to Florida from New York. We should of known better when you left us in your home with no AC on as we worked in temperatures almost 100 degrees!! As you sat by the pool. BEWARE This company is very unprofessional. Their customer service skills are terrible. They do not know how to treat customers. When ever an issue arises, expect them to find any way to blame you for it and not take responsibility. They will find a way out of it. They hate accountability. They have done this 5 times to me. These guys left wood scraps from the moldings around the window in my closet. Yes, they tried to hide their trash in my closet. Sorry you feel that way. We do have your before post review when you were bragging how great we were after the job and you paid. Sorry we do not do work without permits so I do not know what railing your speaking about. Please show that on a contract if not blow all the steam you want. Sorry don’t care if we had a contract or not we will not install a railing to a deck several stories high that’s used for a fire escape which is out of code and “dangerous” .. we do care about our craftsmanship and we don’t do favors that can ... read more
