This is definitely a place to go get pampered. There is valet parking, lovely people who greet/de-greet you, little extras like palette cleansers and hot towels and the food was perfect for us. We went on a Friday night and there were a lot of birthday parties and more children than I would have anticipated. If you're looking for a quiet place this isn't it, but it didn't bother us any. Would definitely go back.
Best steak house in Austin! Service and food was amazing.
Little loud, but the service was amazing. Food was good and they accommodated a special request (Creamy potato w/lobster). Lots of table touches and we always felt taken care of.
Great service and awesome food!
Our waitress was amazing. We didn't have to ask for anything, she was proactively checking on our table. The food came out in a timely manner and was excellent! We left very full and happy.
The food and service are outstanding. This was our second time to visit J-Prime and it was even better than the 1st. We tried different dishes this time and really enjoyed the K-bob. See picture above

Went to celebrate our anniversary and hubby’s raise. Food was delicious and outstanding service. I love when staff takes the time to have areal conversation and engage and we felt so welcome and celebrated. And the food was beyond delish!!
Absolutely wonderful dinner here. I wish the music was a touch quieter it’s difficult to talk in there and then everyone has to yell over each other. I hope they see this feedback and change that. Their staff is exceptional, the food is good probably on par with most steak houses but because the staff is SO wonderful they stand out above other restaurants.
