The staff are calm, understanding and and have great patience with people that have fears and anxiety about being at the dentist. They also do a great job with the services they provide, and ensure you have a clear understanding of any issues you may have.
Wonderfully caring and empathetic staff. As a patient with specific dental phobias, I felt supported and understood as I expressed my concerns, and also educated step by step in the proposed procedure. This is a gentle office. Every time I come in to see a member of Dr Ortega’s office, I am treated with kindness and respect. They answer my questions with professionalism and smiles on their faces. Great experience, first visit. Needed an emergency tooth repair and they got me in right away. Very friendly and courteous staff. Dr. Ortega rocks, you will not be disappointed!
It's not common to hear someone say "I had a great time at the dentist!" But that's what happened for me recently. Not only were they able to fill 2 cavities quickly, but the way they handled it was perfection! It was like watching one cohesive unit as Dr Ortega and his assistant worked in perfect harmony together. I must apologize for never remembering her name, but she's been working with the Doc for 6 years and it shows!
