I know that a loan is going to close on time with Jacalyn. My buyers were so excited to get cookies & wine at closing from Jacalyn. No other lender does that. It's that extra step that will get referrals.

Jacalyn made this experience very personable. She was always quick to reply and very pleasant to talk to. She was so knowledgeable and willing to explain things in detail to us. One thing that stood out was that she never once told us “we are giving you the best deal”. We heard that from every other lender and it felt like they were all lying to us. Jacalyn brought facts to the table and compared each loan offer against hers. I would gladly refer Zenith again because of her. Thanks Zenith team.
Jacalyn and Clayton were great to work with. They both explained every step of the process thoroughly and clearly addressed all of our questions. I had a complicated situation with a recent name change and Jacalyn took the time to work with the title company to ensure everything was taken care of to not delay or interrupt our closing. Overall we had a great experience and would strongly recommend Jacalyn.
