Jace was patient and friendly when I dropped in on him unannounced that first day. I asked a lot of questions but told him I have so much to learn and too much on my plate at the time. He checked on me but was not intrusive as I waded through the information I needed to learn about reverse mortgages. It was months later before I was ready and he guided me through the last steps to complete the process. He was always very supportive. I highly recommend him.

I don't like these types of 3-choices, 1-5 or 1-10 surveys. I know they are easier to plug into a device and come up with a rating. Jace was great trying to navigate the VA loan and underwriters. Sometimes though, it seems like instead of putting everything the VA or FHA needs upfront, they string out the requirements, like the old cop show, "Columbo" back in the 60's--"Oh, there's just one more thing"--after a week goes by, "you need to cross the "T" on line 4 of this document."

Too many mistakes and delays. Too much paper work. I did not have to supply so much information when I had a bank mortgage. I thought it would be better to deal locally because I could go to the office and sign and not deal with the internet. I do like American Title company that put this process up by 3 points.

Jace was great to work with. However the bank was slow and when we did get documents to sign they were not correct and had to be reprinted twice. Even then my husband's first name was misspelled and he had to correct and initial at the signing.\n
